Guest acknowledges that we use the McCall City Docks to launch our rentals and this space is open to the public and we can continue to do so at their discression. Many guests have a tendency to check-in late for their rental, which causes us to run out of dock space and not leave room for the remainder of the public. This also causes a backlog of guests wanting to check-in at the same time causing guests having to wait their turn. We launch over 40 pieces of equipment every morning and cannot accomodate everyone that shows up at once. We ask our guests to please be considerate to others and either show up on time, or plan to wait, or notify us 24 hours in advance of a later check-in time. These requests will be made for 11 or 11:30am, and more time will not be added to the backend of your reservation. Thank you for understanding.
By booking this reservation you acknowledge that you have recieved permission from the hotel or property management company to moor our watercraft, and have verified the condition of the property's dock to ensure no damage will be done to the boat while in your care. You agree to look over the dock for sharp objects that can scratch the fiberglass and to always use fenders to keep boat from rubbing on the dock. Renter is responsible for any damages done to the boat and the dock.
Many customers are under the assumption that pontoon boats should have as much power as ski boats which can whip around tubes, pull tons of weight, and be able to make sharp turns at fast speeds. THIS IS NOT HOW PONTOON BOATS OPERATE. Our current Pontoons only have 115hp motor. The more weight you put on a boat, the slower it goes. Pontoons top speed is 20mph. We do not guarantee that you can pull a tube behind them, as many factors need to be considered, such as the weight of the tubers, the weight of all the people on board, and how you're trying to drive the boat. You are welcome to try a small tube, but we make no guarantees. If this is an important factor, then you should look for a pontoon with 150-250hp motor or choose a ski boat.
You can cancel reservation up until 7 days prior to reservation and receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% cancellation fee. Final balance will be charged to card on file 7 days prior to arrival and that is when the reservation becomes non-refundable. If you need to cancel the reservation closer to the start date, you will be issued a store credit good for 1 year. We must receive notice of a no-show at a minimum of the day prior. Once the equipment is delivered to pickup location, no store credit will be issued. We deliver equipment at 7am.
No pets allowed. If you smoke or sneak a pet onto the watercraft you will be charged $100 cleaning fee and will be required to replace any burnt/scratched vinyl or flooring.
