You can cancel up till 7 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. You can cancel up till 7 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. Final balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival and that is when the reservation becomes non-refundable. Guests that cancel closer to their reservation will not receive a refund, but will be issued a store credit to be used in the next year. We must be notified the day prior to receive store credit. Once the equipment is delivered to the boat dock, no store credit or refund will be issued. Please note, we deliver machines at 7am.
