You can cancel reservation up until 7 days prior to reservation and receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% cancellation fee. Final balance will be charged to card on file 7 days prior to arrival and that is when the reservation becomes non-refundable. If you need to cancel the reservation closer to the start date, you will be issued a store credit good for 1 year. We must receive notice of a no-show at a minimum of the day prior. Once the equipment is delivered to trailhead, no store credit will be issued. We deliver equipment at 7am
